Henry Robbins owned the land on which Opp was
built at the time Alex Hart conceived the idea to build a town there. Robbin's
home place was located on the lot where the Doctor Terell home ( built
by Charlse Mizell) now stands. His children got water from a spring which
was located where the Opp memorial swimming pool is today .
